The Ideal Birth Date

I see that a few Yelpers have reviewed Birthdays. I would give my birthday just one star out of five for sure. January 2nd??? Come on! It's a week after Christmas and a day after New Year's. People are still suffering from NYE's drinking! Hardly anyone ever remembers my birthday (and I don't blame them, I blame the date).

Childhood sob story: My parents used to take me to Toys R Us every year on my birthday. They generously let me pick a present for myself. The problem though was all that was left in the toy store after the Christmas shopping season were returns and toys in destroyed packaging. I had to pick from everyone else's Christmas leftovers. (At least it was an improvement over the one combo Christmas/Birthday gift they used to pull on me.)

The last time I had a birthday party was when I turned 16. The party was so boring that I haven't even dared throw another party since then.

Anyway, I'm taking suggestions for a new birthday. This coming year is my zodiac year, I want to make it a good one.

What day in January would be the ideal one?
